The Little Lake Educational Advancement Foundation (LLEAF) is a California non-profit corporation (501c status) formed by parents, teachers, classified staff, administrators, school board members, and community members within the Little Lake City School District.

The Little Lake City School District has a long and distinctive history of excellence serving the communities of Santa Fe Springs, Norwalk and a portion of Downey. The district educates approximately 4,400 students in grades transitional kindergarten through eighth grade at seven elementary schools and two middle schools.

The district boasts many achievements of the schools. Six schools have been named California Distinguished Schools, one a National Blue Ribbon School and in addition, all nine schools have been recognized as Gold Ribbon and Title I Academic Achieving Award Schools and also as Campaign for Business and Education Excellence (CBEE) Honor Roll Schools.

The mission of LLEAF is to enrich and support the educational programs of the district through community fundraising, active involvement, and awareness of our students’ needs.

LLEAF conducts various fundraising events throughout the year, including an annual golf tournament in March and a Fourth of July fireworks sale in late June.  All of the profits from our fundraising events go directly to the schools to support various programs and activities for students.

If you wish to make a donation to LLEAF, become a sponsor at one of our events, volunteer to work at an event, or would like any additional information about LLEAF, please contact us at
